Amanda was a judge for Sentinel Literary Quarterly Short Story Competition 2011. The winning entries were published as Sentinal Champions N0. 7. Amanda was also an Editor for Sentinel Literature Festival Anthology 2011. see below.

Amanda is a judge for a short story competition -' It's never too late to Fall in Love.' organised by Third Age Press.

Her short stories 'Three Cleaners' and 'The Zoo Keeper' were read out at Short Fuse events at the Komedia Brighton.
